FEAS Virtual Board Meeting Held

The Federation of Euro-Asian Securities Exchanges board members went on-line for their meeting.

56th board meeting of FEAS was held on 10 June 2020 via a virtual platform due to Covid19 pandemic.

Tehran Stock Exchange's CEO, Dr. Ali Sahraee expressed his wishes for the members to remain safe and healthy, and hoped that the secretariat of FEAS would handle the activities and plans with their good management during this period. TSE's PR and International Director, Dr. Amirhamed Rezaie took the floor for the rest of the session.

The board members reviewed the audited financial statements and activities' reports of 2019, and some proposals were discussed about FEAS financial and operational betterment.

The attendees also conversed about how to hold FEAS future events and general assembly meeting amid the uncertainty of the pandemic, as well as procedures to carry on with the scheduled projects and programs.

The Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges (FEAS) was established in 1995 with co-founding members, including Tehran and Istanbul stock exchanges. There are now 37 members in the Federation from 20 countries.
